Late December 1996. A 24-year-old rapper lies on a bathroom floor in Warren, Michigan, watching the Tylenol pills he just swallowed come back up.

Built on a sample of Queen's "Reaching Out," the track opens with an acoustic guitar and a voice that sounds exhausted. No punchlines, no Slim Shady antics. Listen for the way his delivery shifts between verses: the first is defeated, the second is angry, the third sounds like someone arguing with himself about whether to keep going.
