By accessing or using MusicDives at musicdives.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What MusicDives is

MusicDives is an educational entertainment platform that offers cinematic deep dives into the lives, careers, and music of artists. Content is presented in a season-and-episode format and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account

To save your progress and access all features, you can create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from MusicDives without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious content

All content on MusicDives — including text, graphics, episode content, and the MusicDives name and logo — is owned by or licensed to MusicDives. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Third-party content

MusicDives may embed or reference content from third-party platforms such as YouTube. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. MusicDives makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusicDives and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

10. Governing law
